For owners of Courtyards at Mission Valley please login to your very own PMP Gateway web portal. In this area you can check on your account payments and balance.
To :
- Once you have received your first monthly statement with your new account number you may use the PMP web portal to access your assessment account online.
- Start at this website (www.courtyardsatmissionvalley.com)
- Click on HOMEOWNER LOGIN on this page.
- Click on the Create Login link located below the Login button
- Follow the instructions to enter your account number and email address in the fields. Once submitted, you will receive an email with a link to create your login and password.
The web portal is accessed via the email address provided to us by prior management. If you need to update your email address, please email customerservice@ark-management.com so that we may update our records.
